3 Bedroom House in Las Vegas

This ranch style, open floor plan home with glorious outdoor space is perfectly placed 4 miles to zip lining at the Fremont Street Experience and 8 miles to the fountains of Bellagio to afford a great night out and relaxing days at your private pool. I’ve been hosting guests for over 9 years and truly love it. I live next door, so if you need anything during your stay, I'm literally a hollar away. If not, I let you enjoy all this house has to offer.
Please NOTE: This home is fully licensed by the City of Las Vegas as a Legal Short Term Rental. No worries about the authorities closing it down and ruining your vacation plans. Being licensed does come with lodging taxes. Those are included in all quotes. No surprises.
I rent only here on VRBO/Home Away and the other big player. If you see my house/pictures on others sites, it's a scam. Please do not be scammed. .

Summary: Better than we expected, right down to the personal service from the owner! House is clean inside and out with lots of seating for our large group. Beds and bathrooms are comfortable & very well stocked.Outside seating and pool is fabulous, thank you for a great experience.

Summary: Clean and spacious home. Amazing backyard. All the little touches you could think of- i even found a book to read! Doug was so kind, and a great host. He was quick to respond to all questions and was a great help. He put together a great list of things to do and places to eat- we did a lot of what he suggested (things not even on our radar) and it made the visit that much better! This was, overall, an excellent stay!

Summary: We had the greatest time here! Doug, our host, welcomed us, gave us the quick rundown, and was always so readily available and quick to respond to any questions we had. This property was very well stocked from the kitchen pantry to the toiletry and linen shelves, and even the closet stocked with puzzles and games! The outdoor area is beautiful. Our little doggy was spoliled with all the outdoor space. And the hot tub was perfect for the chilly winter days.Thank you so much, Doug! You set us up perfectly for our wonderful Christmas getaway!

Summary: Doug's house was perfect for 5 adults. It was very clean and well stocked. We were able to prepare an entire Thanksgiving dinner. The hot tub was appreciated after long active day trips. Location is perfect, off The Strip in a quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to get to all venues. Doug is quick to respond to any questions or concerns.
